About us
Established in 1963, we specialise in design, PR, social media and digital marketing. From our HQ in Norwich and our office in the heart of London's West End, we work with brands across the UK and beyond.

Paul is the CEO of FOUR, bringing a distinctive blend of strategic thinking, commercial leadership and behavioural insight.
Originally pursuing a career in elite rugby before injury changed his path, Paul moved into defence and policing, working in specialist covert operations tackling narcotics and serious organised crime. These high-pressure environments sparked a lifelong fascination with human behaviour and decision-making, leading him to study consumer psychology and earn a Fellowship with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Paul later transitioned into the commercial sector, becoming Commercial Director and then COO of a bespoke software company delivering solutions for global brands including Nike, Nestlé and Nissan.
After several years in private equity focused on marketing and technology businesses, Paul was headhunted in 2023 to lead FOUR. Today, he is driving the agency’s growth, innovation and ambition as it enters its next chapter.
