The Vending People is one of the UK's leading vending operators. Approached by the CEO, FOUR were tasked with re-igniting their market presence through a new and improved digital platform - and fast.
Their new website was designed, implemented and deployed within the space of a few months, with no long drawn-out strategies, and no endless ideation sessions.



What we did
Following an in-depth discussion about the current website, the studio began planning a new sitemap and identity to form the foundation of the redesigned site. The team then moved into wireframing, which quickly evolved into a fully realised website with an elevated visual style. By working closely with developers and keeping UX at the heart of every decision, the build steadily took shape.
The Challenge
The Vending People’s website needed to remain instantly recognisable to existing clients, while elevating the overall experience. This meant enhancing the design in a way that stayed true to the brand beyond simply using the logo, while also ensuring the site functioned smoothly and communicated clearly to users.
Results
By working collaboratively with the client and developers, the team delivered a strong, user-friendly platform that operators now use to effectively navigate the world of vending. The success of the website’s design and build led to multiple additional projects for the organisation, including Coffee Wholesale and Ground & Co.
Reflections
Whilst every project has its challenges, we were able to navigate them alongside the client easily and confidently. This helped nurture an ongoing strong client relationship between FOUR and The Vending People.
